Full Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit the full paper electronically through electronic paper submission system. Papers sent by email are not acceptable.

Authors should submit IEEE standard double-column paper with the minimum of 4 full pages, and maximum pages of 6. Here is provided template with the instructions how to prepare your paper.

Blind Review Process. To ensure a more transparent review process, authors are required to submit their full paper without including their names, affiliations, or acknowledgments. Upon acceptance of the paper, authors will add this information to the final version.

The paper should be original and unpublished. Please, do not copy from other publication, because the paper will be checked by IEEE plagiarism detection software, and it will indicate if there are copied parts. IEEE takes it very seriously, here are all details regarding plagiarism.

Final Paper Submission

After the review process, the authors are responsible for incorporation of the reviewers' comments into the paper. Subsequently, the final papers should be checked with the PDF eXpress tool on IEEE PDF eXpress site according to the instructions. Then, the newly created PDF, which is an output from PDF eXpress, should be uploaded to our submission portal! PDF eXpress tool only checks for compatibility of the paper with the IEEE standards and is not used for the NTAD2024 paper submission!

Final Paper Acceptance

Each accepted paper has to be presented by one of the authors at the conference and must be accompanied with a registration fee. Accepted papers will be submitted to inclusion into IEEE Xplore Digital Library, SCOPUS and Web of Science (WoS).

Conference Program

Authors are requested to check the Conference Program, which will be available after November 3, 2025. Based on this program, it is necessary to prepare a presentation for an oral speech or an e-Poster according to the instructions.

The author(s) guarantees that the submitted article is original, has not been published previously, is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that any necessary permission to quote from another source has been obtained.
