Registration

To register for a conference, authors are asked to fill in the online registration form.

After successful registration, you will receive by email author’s ID and password, which you will need to submit the full paper.

Only one paper can be included into the proceedings by paying one registration fee. For including any paper in the proceedings, it is necessary for at least one co-author to be registered, and the registration fee has to be paid in advance until October 31, 2025. Author's second paper costs EUR 20/page.

After obtaining e-mail notification of acceptance of your paper (i.e. after reviewing process) you can pay the conference fee in favor of following conference bank account:

Registration fee includes access to the NTAD conference venue and program, IEEE proceedings, coffee breaks and refreshment, lunches and evening event at the conference venue.Any additional expenses pertaining to banking operations are not included in the registration fee and must be covered by the registrants.

Cancellation and Refund

In case you need to cancel your participation at the conference, the cancellation must be sent to the Conference Office by mail or e-mail. In this case 80% of the received sum will be transferred back. Refunding of the conference fees is not possible after October 31, 2025.
