Registration

To register for a conference, authors are asked to fill in the online registration form.

After successful registration, you will receive by email author’s ID and password, which you will need to submit the full paper.

Only one paper may be included in the conference proceedings per paid registration fee. For a paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one co-author must be registered for the conference, and the corresponding registration fee must be paid in advance no later than 31 October 2026. A second paper submitted by the same registered author will be charged at a rate of EUR 40 per page. Any additional papers (third, fourth, etc.) submitted by the same author will be charged as first papers, in accordance with the applicable registration fees.

Registration fee includes access to the NTAD conference venue and program, IEEE proceedings, coffee breaks and refreshment, lunches and evening event at the conference venue.Any additional expenses pertaining to banking operations are not included in the registration fee and must be covered by the registrants.

Cancellation and Refund

In case you need to cancel your participation at the conference, the cancellation must be sent to the Conference Office by mail or e-mail. In this case 80% of the received sum will be transferred back. Refunding of the conference fees is not possible after October 31, 2026.
